The car without a doubt, looks better without the line. However, I would say that the car and everything it possesses overweighs this small mishap.
I've seen about 7-10 different M3/4's in various colors and the line to be honest doesn't even hit your eyes when you see the car in person. The car itself is so amazing looking with it's proportions and it's girth that this is not anything to worry about. Now, if you're on the fence about getting the car or your just a hater, than this will be leverage for you but for anyone who is realistically looking to purchase this car, this is nothing to worry about. |

I take no credit for this... but the line looks great on this mighty fine vehicle.

Hood Close Line Really Pissing me off
I never noticed it until I read the M4 auto spies review ... the hood line cuts smack across the front of the damn car! W.T.F!
I'm just seeing this now? I'm freaking out ... i feel like I've been burgled |

If the line is not perfect, it matters, if it is, who gives a shit? Check out the trunk side, and you can also find a weakness that will never be unseen again. Lups has spoken.

You are just seeing it now? Actually, there are more lines parallel to that line all the way up to the edge of the windshield. They will show up one after another gradually. you just wait.
jk!

I just picture the (yes, correct term is being used here) nose bone pocking the eye of the opener out without the line. I'm too chicken, so no line and Lups won't refill oil or the shit that (yes, right technical term again) the car uses to clean the wind screen with.
Hey old people forget words!

It does, along with hiding the carbon roof and other M specific details too!

Not only that, you forget there is no way to get rid of the line altogether because what are you going to do? lift the whole bumper up with the hood??? At some point here will be a line of separation...
