2017 Lease Takeover Opportunity
Hi all,
Baby on the way, so M3 will be replaced with something (much) bigger. This is tough for me because this was my dream package, but better things to come in the future! The car is perfect and a joy to drive. The MPE is insane and Dinan may not be the fastest, but it sure is well balanced. I've done my best with the pics to show LSB in some different lighting scenarios. Sorry in advance for my poor photography skills. Car details: 2017 M3 Laguna Seca Blue Silverstone Full Merino Ultimate Package 6 Speed Manual Extras Included: Dinan Stage 1 (Installed at Budd's BMW) M-Performance Floor Mats M-Performance Pedals Lease Payment Info $1,216.73 ($1,374.90 Including taxes) 38 Months Remaining Car has 8,153 kms Residual $45,225 Please see link below and PM with any questions: http://www.leasebusters.com/en/details.asp?ID=243346

effective payment of $1,533 (taxes incl.) for the remaining 38 months. What's the incentive here ? just having the Dinan S1 (approx. $4,000 value)

Incentive is a special combination for a very reasonable payment over a slightly shorter term. Including the downpayment the effective payment I believe is $1,506. The downpayment is my original 5k. Residual is $45,225.
The down payment is negotiable, would like to see this go to a fellow enthusiast. Last edited by 17LSBM3; 12-12-2017 at 02:50 PM.. |

You would be correct. My wife and I took delivery of the M3 and 230i on the same day at the end of May. The very next day we found out we were pregnant with our first! Unplanned, but we are very happy!
We had ambitious visions of babying with both our cars, but with winter upon us, we’ll be changing course. Our daughter is due Feb. 1st. Pictures don’t do the car justice, but I suppose I’m sparing that gorgeous leather from all sorts of baby messes which would drive me nuts. |

I know how you feel. I just picked up my car last week and my kids decided to make their mark by kicking my front seats with their dirty boots. Not to mention them poking me through the seats. Sigh.

For reference I had 435GC at the time of baby which had less space then M3 at the back. Chicco keyfit 35 fit pretty well. The same seat also fit in M3. Now my 2 year old is in front facing. I say keep the car and enjoy for another year or two! If you want more convincing happy to grab coffee lol |

Always down for coffee- ever make it out to wine country?
So right now the plan is to sell the 230i as well and grab the wife the truck she wants (18’ Escalade Platinum), and then for me to pick up something automatic and AWD that she can drive as well (looking at E63s wagons). Finances aren’t an issue, just that she wants a slade and she wants our second vehicle to be automatic. I also have an R53 06’ Mini JCW to get my clutch-pedal fix. Anyway, I’m definitely not over keeping the M3. It’s a special car, though I feel a little more ‘disposable’ than some of its ancestors. |

I am 6'2" and I can easily fit myself in the back seat after adjusting the driver's seat to my seating position so there is a TON of room in the backseat of the M3 for a baby seat. The trunk can also easily carry a stroller if required. By the way congratulations on the new addition to the family |

Thank you for the well wishes on the new addition- it’s surreal!
You do make a valid point re keeping the M3 and the wife just not driving it. Believe me, I’m giving this option ongoing consideration! Her somewhat valid contention is that she cannot drive manual and wants our cars to be easily interchangeable year-round. She works some pretty crazy hours in a demanding job so both of us will have our share of solo time with the little one. My wife will support whatever I do and is leaving the final decision up to me. I’m not dead-set on keeping the M, so I’d move on if the deal is right and vice-versa. If the lease isn’t transferred by the time our daughter arrives I’m likely keeping anyway because I won’t have time to do this. Thanks again! |

With our daughter scheduled to arrive in less than 4 weeks, we have decided to definitely move-on from the M3. Therefore, I want to get this done very quickly- I won't have much time on my hands in short order!
I would really like to see this go to an enthusiast who will enjoy it as I have. So in the spirit of the holidays, I'm asking for zero down to take over the lease, just pay the transfer fee. Send me a PM if interested. Cheers and Happy Holidays to all!
