Figured we could start a general chat here. Anything and everything m3/m4.

Been on the forums for a while now. '08 335, '11 335 and just ordered a m3 last night.

Did you get a chance to test drive prior to the order? If so what are your impressions from the n54, n55 to s55?

When will you be taking delivery? Also what options did you get?

I went to the M Tour day at Mosport to drive these cars. The m3 is a totally different car. Straight line, the 335's are pretty quick especially if modded but overall driving feel is different. I've tried different suspensions on the 335's also. The m3 still feels more planted, very stable and driver inputs feel more responsive. The driving experience is different.

'08 335
-JB4
-BMW Performance Suspension

'11 335
-Cobb
-KWV1

With the m3 I got:
-Premium
-Exec
-DCT
-Universal Remote
-Carbon trim
-Connected drive
-Grey/silver 19's
The car is ordered now, they tell me 3-4 months.

Restyle It has a BBQ this Sunday. Not sure if anyone is going on here. I plan to go just to check out the crazy modded cars that usually show up there.

I would not recommend a built-in one.

Because if a cop ever detect that you have a radar detector, then they would confiscate it. If it's hardwired, they impound your car.

7 weeks of ownership, 6,000 KM! Granted, I've been to the race track a few times, went on some seriously long cruises, and countless DVP, 401, 427, Gardiner loops.

Far, heard you were at the Heartland Thursday meet. Going there again this Thursday?

What's the Heartland Thursday meet?
I've been to La Paloma Thursday meet twice in a row, and the M4 is one of the most popular cars.

Some use it as a pre-meet to La Paloma, but it is one of the most popular meets we have in the GTA for BMWs.
