It is San Marino Blue Metallic, one of the 3 exclusive colours for this model (apart from being offered as an Individual colour). The other colours are Lime Rock Grey Metallic and Frozen Dark Blue II (this last one from November).

After watching this video a few times, I can say that the driving footage is awesome, but the sky diving scenes are unnecessary... There is another M Video that is way better:

Whatever this video was or wasn't supposed to convey is up for discussion....the only thing it did tell me that isnt up for discussion is that this car rides waaaaaaaaaay too high!
It should be lower as standard from the factory.
Wheel gaps are silly.

its not only a sports car that can rip the track but can still haul multiple passangers and be used as a daily driver. Maybe thats what the commercial was trying to go for either way Im loving this new model.

I quite like this setup but it makes the GTS rather useless, no? The super-mega-ultra exclusive car that cost 911turbo s money suddenly isn't so special. I'd be furious if I had just spent on a GTS.

Exactly. It's fast, nimble, and loud when it needs to be. And when it needs to be civil, it can convey 4 passengers and their bags. Note that when he drives off with the parachuters., the car is whisper quiet.

Well, the concept of introducing CS may be dumb, but the car sure does look better than the GTS. IMHO..

Ya know just the other day I was racing my car to pick up my skydiving friends and I was thinking to myself- Self, I bet if I had an M i could be waiting for them before they land.

But alas, they were already on the ground smiling with their cigarettes lit and pointing at their watches.

Now i know there is a way to never let this happen again. Thanks BMW.
