ED Lease On Nearly Loaded 2015 M3 $867.71 with NO MSD's!!!

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Now that I have all the final official numbers to calculate my lease these are the results I know many of you were asking me to put up. If you see anything that does not look right or made an error please let me know but these numbers look awesome and best reason why ED is the best option. These numbers may change slightly if residuals and MF change but would still be under $900 at this point.

Looks like I was able to break the elusive $900 Barrier with very low out of pocket cost. I will be taking delivery of my first ever M Car and so excited for Summer to get here ASAP!

It's a sweet deal but don't see how this applies to anyone else--you have a $2000 discount on a car that everyone else has to pay sticker at best, and you have a dealer credit of $1500.

So you have $3500 to play with that no one has. Congrats, I'm jealous!

I know of several folks that are paying under MSRP for US and ED so dont be so sure. It all depends on your Dealer and your relationship and how nice you ask. If you have a flirty hot lady friend you can bring along the discount can be higher! If you take away the 2k discount you will get a payment of roughly $927 a month which is still quite good. We can treat the $1500 as combined discount and/or down payment. What is important here is for those that are doing ED that a payment in the very low 875-930 range is possible with only upfront fees and taxes paid into lease and help visualize the possibility.

Just b/c your buying the car in NJ, your tax is based on where the car will be registered. Your sales tax should be 9% in PA, 6% is for NJ. Double check you used 9% on the monthly also.
Yeah, and the elusive $900 barrier is moot when doing ED and your credit. But nevertheless, nice job!

Placing my order this weekend, I hope I can get as a good of a deal as you. Not sure if this was discussed here, but were you able to install any performance parts at Port? ie. Front spoiler, blacked out grills and side gills?

Only preorder at this point with order bank using pricing guide. No info on Mperformace parts yet but if it's possible to swap out stock exhaust for M performance version and residualized Into lease sign me up!! I also plan on adding all the exterior carbon fiber parts as well.

Hi Kief

Just checked on PA DMV site and says that PA Lease tax is 3%. This would mean that I actually would take more money from figure lowering my payment. Am I missing something? I have never leased a Car in Pa before so new to me.

Gotcha, hopefully I can get a better over view this weekend on what's available for installation at port. If we can residualized these items into our lease I am definitely in as well. I was able to factor in a loyalty discount into my lease, how much? no idea, hopefully I can get $1500 off msrp.

FYI. In PA the 9% is on your monthly payment not an upfront cost, so you wind up paying tax on the lease charge also. Only benefit is if you do MSD and buy the car at the end, you can apply the MSD to the buyout and not pay tax (did it on my 07 M Roadster).

For the majority of PA (aside from Philly/Pitts), 9% tax is applied on the base monthly and any upfront costs, such as cap cost reduction (i.e., down payment, acq fee). However, the tax is actually dependent on the county in which the car will be registered. For example Philly has a total 11% tax and Pitts has a 10% total (if in the city limits).

See my comment above. Upfront costs are taxed at 9% also. He plans on using his "credit" as a dp

Great numbers... You are also lucky the fact that your dealer is willing to do ED. Most dealers at this point are not even entertaining the idea.
