Need Help - Navigation not being prompted from phone adresses

Hi All,

this issues is driving me nuts.

• BMW connected app on iphone installed with Calendars, Contact, notifications and location enabled, auto start navigation on
• Iphone calendar appoinments are showing in the connected drive app, and will show in the 'activity' section in the idrive
• If i manually send the destination from the phone it will go into the nav system
• What DOES NOT happen is the auto prompt when you get in the car for the destination in the app. for the life of me I cannot figure it out
