Source for racing goodies
Where are Aussie BMW forum people getting their brake pads from? Want to swap in a set of Pagid RS29 when the car is broken in.
Also, where can I get a fire extinguisher mount? Cheers, MPoweRo

Will do.
Are folks buying pads in the States or locally?

Barrie smith motorsport and Vsport are the Ozzie pagid distributors
http://www.bsmsport.com.au/ http://vsport.com.au/ I use RS29 on my circuit race car and tarmac rally car (not F82), and get them from BSM. Price usually works out similar to overseas. For the fire extinguisher on the F82, I had one fabricated. Very easy really, just 3 bits of metal, and slips in under front seat bolts |

I bought my Ferodo DS.Uno's from VSport.
They carry stock (or can get them pretty quicky) and are very reasonably priced. Ran at bathurst for 20 min sprints (2.36 best lap in an otherwise stock M4) over two days and the pads held up for the weekend. A bit noisy for daily use though. |
