Wrecked F80 on eBay looks like it was wrapped around a pole

I see salvage pics all the time browsing ebay but this one really shocked me.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Liftgate-W-...AAAOSwHBda6Ja2

Can't imagine the impact.....

Looks like it was wrapped around a pole. If there were passengers, no way they could have survived that.

I would be curious to see the damage on the drivetrain... Could be a solid purchase as a track motor.

Holy smoke, passenger would never have survived that hopefully there was none. I wouldn't be surprised if the driver was killed, that lateral impact could easily break your neck. Hope everyone walked away.

Back in the day, we would buff something like that out. Today, everything is throwaway.

There looks to be some salvageable stuff on that car starting with the wheels. Seems cheap to me.

-Wheels
-Front Grills
-Left Mirrors
-Exhaust tips
-Front/rear lights
-Some stuff under the hood

I think the cost is just for the trunk lid and spoiler. Otherwise I would have bought it for sure for parts. I feel like scrap metal alone would be $1000
