Good price on MY15 CPO M4?

Hey everyone,

First off, thanks in advance for any advice here. Looking to jump back in an M car, (previously had a 2004 e46 M3) moving from my current 2015 RC F. A local dealer has just listed a 15 M4 with 7,300 miles the following options:
-DCT
-Adaptive Suspension
-Exec Package
-LED
-HK Sound
-19" 437 Wheels
$61,685

It is a BMW Elite CPO, which from my understanding just means you lose a year and 25k on the warranty.

Any thoughts on pricing for this car? It seems a bit high for a 15, but I am not sure what being CPO typically adds on to the suggested price.

Thanks again for any help/insights!
