Help diagnose engine sound

I noticed an unusual metallic clanking noise from idling engine. Any tips on what this might be?

My car makes the same noise, I did a lot of research and it’s been doing it forever and for many track days. My takeaway is It’s totally fine just an annoying noise more or less.

However there is an issue with the torquing of the exhaust cam. You can get it fixed but it’s expensive and there is no failures related to the noise.
