groupbuy on escort max 360c?

Does anyone know whether there are groupbuys on the escort max 360c? I am interested but $699 is pretty steep.

Maybe set one up with you and some friends. Call Escort...I believe they are open to a discount if you buy multiple detectors at the same time.

If you dont have the wifi hotspot, pass on the C and get the regular. Escort live is almost useless and only helpful for speed/red light cameras. You're better off using Waze .

Also consider the Uniden R3 which has better performance but no arrows and half the cost of the 360

thanks...but I like that the 360c is a bit studier and smaller than the 360. Also, it has options for wireless laser jammer integration via ZW5.

I actually called up escort and they are only willing to reduce the price by $30.

But no need for a group buy because if you call and ask, they will give the same discount if your purchase 1 and ask for a discount.

what's the difference between max 360 vs max 360c? is the c really worth the extra $$? i am able to get a used max 360 for $375...is that a hood deal?

Unless you have a wifi hotspot in your car or want to use Escort's wireless radar jamers, the C version is not for you. $375 is a legit deal for the regular max 360 I'd buy that in a heartbeat.

Some of the other differences is the slimmer, newer design and the arrows on the outside vs all together. I think it also works with their newer laser jammers but basically the regular max 360 (without C) gives you a lot for less money.
