Best Windshield Mount - M Performance Drive Analyzer

I know that BMW suggests the Click and Play Mount to use for the iPhone in conjunction with the M Performance Drive Analyzer. However, given the steep price for it (I've seen between $85.00 and $135.00), does anyone else have experience with other windshield mounts that are sturdy, don't produce shaky videos, etc.?

I have an iPhone 6S - I may be "upgrading" to an iPhone 8 (I've seen the other threads where the iPhone 7 and higher have those stabilization magnets that produce very shaky, unwatchable videos, and that cannot be disabled except through attaching rare earth magnets to the opposite side of the phone from the lens).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions that would fit either the iPhone 6S or 8,

I went with an iOttie.
for my 5S. I started with a 6 plus, but realized that the larger screen was unnecessary and the smaller phone allows me to mount it low and no block any visibility.

Are the videos shaky with this mount? I've got the same issue as the OP. Looking for a sturdy mount.
