best washing mitt to use?

Carpro makes a microfiber one that looks promising? Anybody try it? Other than that which wool wash mitt would you recommend to no scratches?

I use this Detailer's Domain Microfiber Wash Mitt It's an 80/20 blend and super soft. There's even a handle in the center of it to prevent slippage during a wash.

I also have some of the Adam's Polishes Wool Pads but found they hang on to particles a lot - this is good and bad at the same time. If you go this route you might want to use a doggie brush to get all the contaminants out of them. I have about 5 of them but they were purchased before the other two I listed here were available.

There's also the Incredipad XL that CarPro sells it's a 70/30 blend and feels nice; however, the sponge in the center of it feels way too rigid for me. It folds over itself inside the mitt and causes some frustration. I have two of them and still use them although I prefer the first one I listed.

As a disclaimer: any of these could result in micro scratches/marring if you don't care for them properly.

I use MicroFiber Madness' Incredimitt (see link below) and the Detailer's Domain wash mitt mentioned above.

Carpro mf mitt is the best on market

Just make sure you don't tumble dry it with any heat as it'll matt down the fibers

If you want something you can use and just throw in the washing machine, try the chem guys mf mitt

My detailer gave me some advice that I've now used for years. I use small microfiber cloths bought from detailers domain, and fold them in quarters - which gives you eight clean washing sides. Do one panel, then flip the cloth over for the next panel, and so on - meaning you have consistently have a clean surface for each panel. Once used, they go in the dirty bucket, and you grab another cloth out of the clean bucket.

Since doing this my car has been free of swirls, and it's an easy process.

Cheers

A wool mitt, deployed using the TBM.

Make sure you rinse thoroughly after each use and don't let it completely dry out between cleans - otherwise it'll crack the skin and degrade really quickly.

I use https://www.autogeek.net/gold-plush-wash-mitt.html for most of the car, and an older wash mitt for dirty portions.

Any decent wash mitt will do, as it's all about how you use it.

I got the 100% wool mit from CarPRo for the top sections, and the blue incredamit for the lower sections and their micro fiber mit designed for wheels. One of each for both cars.

This isn't a mitt, but I was using the Kamikaze car wash sponge pictured here:

https://www.esotericcarcare.com/esot...r-wash-sponge/

I used it on my GTR previously, as well as on my F80. It has been OOS for a couple of months now, so I have some Incredimitts on the way as my sponges are starting to break down.
