BMS Stage 1 vs Active 8 module on ZCP
I'm wondering if someone tested these piggybacks side by side on ZCP car. I know BMS Stage 1 adds about 4 psi across the board, what about Active 8 module? In terms of performance and power delivery, how do they compare?
Also i've read that Active 8 module had some issues with spark plug gaps, that needed adjustment, was that fixed or no? Thank you for your feedback. |

For the price of the AA8 tune you can get a JB4. If you just install the TMAP, MAP, and OBDII it will be equivalent to AA8 in terms of performance with tons of extra features. I'd suggest installing the fuel pressure connection to for even more performance but you'll at least have that option.

A major difference between our Active-8 and other piggybacks is that we've taken the time to map out specific boost targets by RPM. Our unit doesn't just add X amount of PSI everywhere, we've created a boost curve that results in a very linear power curve with no power drop up top. As far as I know we're the only company offering a piggyback that ships with a custom mapped boost curve.
