That'd be a death knell for the review. Imagine the reader backlash if they qualified the entire review with "We couldn't drive it very hard because it was brand new."

Funny you say that, I have seen it before. A track test of the BMW S1000rr vs a Gallardo and an M5. The bike was fastest but they claimed the bike still had the factory ecu limiter to prevent accessing the top end.

Thanks for these videos, great material.

The difference between the M4 driver and yourself as far as lines and braking points go is quite amazing. Great to see how much a difference it makes whether you know that track or not. I agree you need at least 100 laps to drive really fast.

That vid with your gf was also very entertaining. Didn't count how often she said "Oh my god" and later that turned to "Oh shit!!!". It is however really scary as a passenger if someone drives really fast there. Lots of blind corners and high speed passages - if you're from the US with that low speed limit that can be quite frightening.

Damn bikers though! Always get in the way...

Lol yea bikers are a pain... Most days they run them separately.

As far as the gf, well she has been on the track with me before, but this was the first time with semi-slicks on, so was going quite a bit faster.
