Vitrified porcelain. Very durable. They are used in commercial buildings and park cranes on them they are that tough.

2nd question how much did it cost to get your garage like that? Seriously take more pics. Also what kind of bikes you got hanging up there?
Mirrors, correct. I am assuming you will be fine if in the EU and USA. It is only us Aussies and our kin in the UK that will have to wait. The mirrors were literally 1cm short on one side, and 1cm too long on the other. Interesting that there is a difference in mirrors size on each side of the car…. but that’s the facts.

I simply bought directly from my local BMW dealer, Auto Classic. No doubt it would be cheaper buying overseas, but I wanted it quickly to get on the car as soon as it arrived so I paid the premium to get X Australia.

No, they are the standard Performance skirts and decal kit (the decal creates a shadow line above the skirt just to give it some extra definition).

Negative. Whilst I agree it can look better I am about the drive and performance, and I figure if BMW want to spend hundreds of millions of dollars testing the car with this suspension on these tires then I am not for a second going to think that screwing with some generic parts where nobody has done any testing other than “ yeh, that looks good” is going to give me better performance. I will stick with standard.

Great combo. I would have done exactly the same (Mini instead of Fiat) only I was a little pressed for garage width and the Fiat fits a little better for me.

I love the organization in your garage. I have many of the same functions but not as elegantly done. I needed more space though. Beautiful set up.

Hey man, you adopting? Holy crap. I mean I want an M4 eventually, settling for a 435 for now, but that house....man, that's my dream garage. Except I'd probably add some welding stuff because I like metalworking too.

What do you do if you don't mind me asking? PM is fine if you don't want to announce it on the forum.

edit - do you mind if I share your garage pics with some friends on another forum? There's a few of us grease monkeys, current and former, that like to drool over that sorta thing :P

AHAHAHAHHAHA NICE!!! Damn taht garage is nice. I'm gonna steal almost all of your design cues. Thanks for the write up! I like your elevator too. Everyone here likes to make it look like a closet door

So about that pressure washer, where is it? I use a pressure washer with a water deionizer when I wash the toys. Always looking for ways to integrate those things into the house also the damn vacuum too.

[edit] wait no, i see your electric pressure washer now. Thought it was integrated. Whats your reasoning for your ethernet plug so high up? I saw your label of Cat6 RJ45, ballin indeed.

[edit][edit] showed my fiancee this. She insisted it's a townhouse. Please help!!!

Wow, just wow. I love the car and all the carbon bits! The garage is beautiful along with the organization and attention to detail its more than I have ever seen!

Thanks for taking the time and doing that separate write up with photos for us guys also interested in home improvement/construction. I geek out on that too somewhat. I've never seen a garage door that wide here in the U.S. only the standard 16X9 doors here.

I best not show her our wardrobe then....she will get wardrobe envy!

Yes, sorry, pressure washer is on the floor.

Re the data point on the wall, that was going to be a phone extension but I ended up putting the phone near the bench instead so used a different data point over there. You can never have enough data and power!
