Sorry, I am new to this form. I will post a bunch of pictures tomorrow once the rain clears out. 88,000 miles for an M3 that is approximately nine years old is not a lot of miles. The car is very clean inside and out as you will see from the pictures.

Here to vouch for the car and owner. I’ve known and regularly seen this car since the OP bought it and it’s never seen winter here in Wisconsin, always garage kept and cleaned regularly. This is probably among the best examples of an unmolested S55-powered car with driver mileage, stock and never abused.
