In line 6 twin turbo render
I love the sound and grunt of a V8 but I think BMW will drop in a new version of the in-line 6

Harold you've cracked the render with this one. Please provide the same illustration in different colors.
I believe the next M3 will look very very close to your design on this thread. More please!!!!! |

I agree. This is gonna be very close. Disappointing but close! No offense to you Harold, I use one of your Renders as a wallpaper, so I'm can't hate on you. It's just all the fantastic renders that people come out always leaves you disappointed with the final lame outcome from BMW!!!

Your Rendering of the F80 M3 seems to be the real car!
Well done ... you must have an great account of insider infos, because you made your Rendering with this bad engine just in time as BMW AG change their descission from V6 to pimped up N54/55 R6 engine like in the 1M. So it would be very nice for all real M Fans, who don´t like this descission - I don´t beleave any real fans could like this descission - to make this really great Rendering without the look on the engine ... let us dream a while longer ... Please ... I also use your black M3 Sedan Render as wallpaper ... and it very hard for me to look at this engine !!! Greets Uli_HH Last edited by Uli_HH; 11-23-2011 at 02:24 AM.. |

Of course BMW can get it right, but it is a pity when they could have gotten it even better.

Looks great as usual, Harold. I would change up the side vent on your F80 render to look closer to the F10 M5 vent. I'd also change the vent on the F82 to look even more different. If the E90 and E92 are any indication, the F80 and F82 will not share the same vent design.

It's anyone's guess what the vents for these two cars will look like, but it's a fair assumption that BMW is going to evolve the design language started on the vents of the F10 M5 and the side marker on the F12 6-series than go back to the E92's vents.
