Any answers other than Pink Floyd Darkside of the moon are incorrect.

I remember me and my first college roommate had a great time every Thursday night, we would get a six pack of Mickey's and a pack of camel unfiltered and listen to the doors greatest hits.

Pink Floyd (especially Dark Side of the Moon), but to me the single best song for this is Kansas Magnum Opus.

Here are a few of my favorite lesser listened to "groovy songs" man... Listen to these and expand your listening if you dig it.

Might be going a little past the stoned part here but some good deep songs/artists here without getting in Grateful dead territory.

Ultimate Spinach - The hip death goddess, Mind Flowers, Sacrifice of the moon
Iron Butterfly - My Mirage
Country Joe and the fish - (lots)
Vanilla Fudge - Bang Bang, (lots)
Quicksilver Messenger Service - (a little closer to the GD side)
