The twin turbos are smaller and spin up faster resulting in more power in the lower rev range. The single large turbo takes longer to spool up but provides for more power in the higher revs. Thus there is more top end power/higher horsepower. Since it's not a daily driver and they are using it to drag race, this power setup is preferred.

This forum is very different from others. Much more love in here. It seems many people are skeptical about this. If you're able to achieve 700 whp with pure. What market are you guys focusing on, professional drag racing? Looks good!

Even if you don't go w the big single turbo look at the potential of port matching and polishing the head. The flow improvement is incredible and I was not expecting that on an M3/M4 head.

As I said in the original post , we have always been more geared towards straight line racing. The build is going to be used for 1/4 mile racing , and 1/2 mile racing. The parachute is more for the half mile racing if needed. At high speeds cars can tend to get out of hand and having the parachute not only slows you down but can help straighten the car out if things are out of shape.

Like the N54 engine, they spool fast but the flow maxes out long before you hit a peak on what could be engine HP and torque. So since the engine can flow more you need to figure out a way to pump more air and gas into the engine. A large single is the method used for the N54 (335) and now this engine. Hope that helps
