Questions on European Delivery
I'm considering ordering an M3 for European Delivery. 2 questions:
1) does it in any way affect how much discount you can negotiate with the dealer? 2) I assume the car needs to be paid for in full (including handing in your trade-in) before heading out for the ED? Thanks. |

Quote:
1. No ED discounts in Canada. 2. All payments need to be finalized at least 2 weeks before your euro delivery date. |

I believe something like 2 weeks insurance comes with the deal. If you want to extend the insurance by paying more, you can stay up to 5 months.

The U.S. ED program offers an automatic 7% discount to American buyers. No such deal for Canadians, but there is nothing stopping you from negotiating with your friendly Canadian dealer. But, depending on the model, you may not get very far, and many dealers are not that interested in ED.
