I had to laugh, Shakir Orange less loud than Austin Yellow? Subtle very subtle
Congrats on the new car! |

Thanks. Me too. Didn't think the body would carry them well. Quote:
Ty. Yes they did as well as the dealer. Quote:
Lol thanks. It has a crazy personality. Changes more than AY Thanks! Yes they are. Dealer did a great job brokering the upgrades for me. I love em. Adaptive is such a nice ride after having passive suspension. Quote:
Lol I meant as far the Orange/orange combo. The yellow had black guts so it went together well. To me the So/So is a lot more "hey look at me" total package. Thanks guys. Gonna finish up another round of mods and get some more pics up. Maybe a professional one.

Yes sir. Love that thing man. It's bulletproof. So glad I have it still. Everytime I get in it I smile and say how much I love the car.

Thanks. Yea I think the stock wheels are awesome too. But I got a good deal on the 20in PSS and threw these on for bimmer fest real quick. Will likely find another set after winter time when I decide which suspension setup I will go with and base the wheels off of that.

Great success story. Very pleased that BMW and the dealer came through, should give them a shout out for good business.
The SO looks much better than AY, definitely a win. |

It was BMW of Oyster Bay in Nassau co. Someone in an earlier post said which dealer it was. They've been great through the whole ordeal.

Care to comment on the differences from your old one without adaptive suspension, to your new one with?
Other than ride quality, more on the performance level / body chassis control?

Old car was lowered on H&R sport springs and while I loved the look of the drop it definitely made it more of a harsh ride on above said roads. Although turn in had gotten a lot more crisp and sharper. I don't think I'll be going H&R route w this car. Most likely will Dinan sleeve kit for now and see how that rides. Once I get a feeling of it and start getting track time in on the car, if it's not the right feeling will probably go full coil overs.
