The sticker on my car's door sill specifies 32psi front and rear while my owner's manual specifies 31psi front and rear. A little contradiction here

The door jamb sticker on my 2016 M4 Coupe specifies 32 psi front and rear. The paper manual and PDF both specify 31 psi front and rear. General consensus is to use the tire pressure indicated on the door jamb sticker.
This is for speeds <100 MPH; for speeds >100 MPH there is a sticker in the door jamb advising you to refer to the manual, in which 34F/37R are indicated.
