Big thanks to Cat@IND for the hookup on the gloss knob!

Unfortunately these are officially NLA. I don't see any available in the US or Germany. BMW P/N: 25 11 2 259 672

Cat,

I found the part number you listed as available. https://www.bmwpartsworldwide.com/oe...ob-25112259672

It doesn't look like that shift knob is the glossy one. Can you all modify it? Also, I want the tri color stitching on the boot. I also read somewhere that it has to be modified to fit my F80 M3.

Part number is correct.

You will need to swap the base frames in order for it to work with F8x as it's originally intended for the F10.

Just to add another spin on upgrading the gear shifter and surround but in this case a DCT - had IND working with Cat on getting mine to match my Piano Black trim and absolutely love it - really nice work!

Close-ups and a before (OEM) and after upgraded trim/knob. Bit of a washed out pic so the contrast between the black and grey of surrounding plastic is not so severe in normal light.

Hi Ciaran! One of my personal favorites that we've done.
