any reason why the car has a built motor from the jump? was the stock motor blown. not sure if I missd that in the thread. wonderign why not fine the limit of the stock componets before throwing funds had going fully forged? I've hd great success withe the bw s366 I'm sure the S369 would do wonders on this setups quite a few supras have made 940whp through autos so I'm sure the new trans in the f8x would easy pull less draw off the motor.

The blown M3 motor was swapped with the good running motor from the M4. Also finding the limits of the stock internals is more expensive than just building a good running engine up from the get go. That's money saved from buying a new long block or something.

A new long block from BMW is around $20,000.00 , We believe we found the limit on our M3 and didn't feel it necessary to chance it again. Therefore we bought a good used core and began building upgraded components able to handle the intended power instead of keeping our fingers crossed every pass down the strip.

hahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahaha what WARRANTY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! LMAO, TPG is doing a fully BUILT MOTOR, BUILT TRANS,UPGRADED PORT FUELING, BIG TURBO setup....I would love to see your service advisors face if you were to take this MIND BLOWING M4 to the Stealership..I mean Dealership lol.... Half of the Advisors, if not more than half, dont even know half of what ALOT of people on here know. Most are not car enthusiast that follow and study what the aftermarket world is doing nor do they care lol. They are there to pretty much get a paycheck every two weeks! If they were to see this beautiful work of art with a CHUTE on the back, they literally wouldnt know what to do LMAO!!!
Doing a build like this is extremely precise and requires ALOT of attention to detail. MAD PROPS TO TPG for being the first to exploit the S55 to the fullest and to the far extreme. Ever since the F8X platform came out they have been on top of breaking records and setting new limits for the car! Cant wait to see the final build and see what numbers this car will put down

Obviously, to everyone that has responded in this thread this is the best thing since sliced bread. I am of another school. This seems like sacrilege to me. This is a luxurious performance car that is being turned into a dragster. It is not a Plymouth Cuda. Enjoy your build.

To each their own. Never expect it to be everyone's cup of tea. To us, this is the best of both worlds. Luxurious car that has status. You now have the ability to not only take it on a hot date, but you can now take it down the strip and hold your own with those pesky hemi cuda's.
