Hi Guys,
First time post here. Interested in purchasing a BMW M3 for ED in May 2017. The dealer is telling me that BMW is ending production in February 2017 for the 2017 MY and i must take delivery by march 2017. If i want delivery may 2017 i am looking at getting a 2018 MY. Is this true? Seems a bit early for ending the model year's production. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have always built my cars the way I wanted them first, then haggled the dealer down from there. I'm new to BMW, so maybe things are different but Im assuming all dealers are the same.
The current build I have is for an AW-2017 M4 F82 ZCP STANDARD BI-Zenon Exec-Package I got a price start price of $72,996 - this doesnt include current, or pending future incentives. I will be going in at a cash sale of $67,000 flat, done deal- with hopes of getting that or $70,000 (leaning toward the high end of $67,000) Oddly they have the same car on their lot and he gave me a price of $74,556 - why is the same build on his lot higher??? I know everyone has to make money, but I want to feel like Im coming out the victor in the deal, as I should! Any input is appreciated, Happy Thanksgiving! Mike |

That being said you won't be able to buy a car with $75545 MSRP for $67000. There is tons of info on here to calculate invoice so make sure you have the pricing right from an MSRP and invoice standpoint then go to them. If you go to them with bad numbers it will be more difficult |

My M4 build/price
So my local dealer says he will do invoice plus 1K. I think this is pretty close, invoice matches the list*.93+500+options*.92+training and dest fee rule -
F82 X10 X3SW ZCP Invoice of Car----------------$72,625 Over Invoice-------------------$1,000+ Price of Car-------------------$73,625 Doc Fee--------------------------$299+ Tax------------------------------$4,435+ Tags and Title-------------------$331+ Total Price--------------------$78,690 Thanks! |

Yes, the M3 and M4 are both ending production early. But production isn't supposed to start again until July so if you don't take delivery of a 2017 model then you're going to have to wait a long time if the current info is correct... |

Still thinking of trying to get a MY 17 M3, but my CA stated that ED lease rates are different than US NA - I had not heard that, He stated - "The European Delivery lease is a little more expensive per month, but BMWFS does make the 2nd payment to offset the rate difference. " Has anyone heard this?

From the prospective dealer: "The price would be $70,900 plus tax and tags. The advertised Holiday credit of $1000 does not apply to an ordered car. Please let me know if you have any questions. Is this comment true? "there is no credit rebates that would apply on ordered cars?" I know the information on here is legit, and also based on others experiences, which is why Im being a PITA... I wanted to get the car for a total (prior to taxes, and other adders) right around 70K - the price I was given is pretty close, and I havent even haggled with them. The big question is; do you think its possible to get the dealer down significantly lower than already issued, or did they come in with a really strong figure off the bat? |

Hey Gents,
Have the opportunity to order a 17 M3, first time ordering a new car and not 100% that i am going to go through on it... may wait for the 18s. Here are the Details 2017 M3 Alpine White Lighting package Competition package Executive package. Price delivered is 71,145, its through the military exchange program. Does it seem like a good deal? Or should i start looking at dealers stateside for my return? I really wanted to do the PCD but you are unable to when ordering thru this program. Thanks. |
