I went regular brochure colour/trim spec with dct
If it was an individual color I'd understand a delayed build, though even those 4 or 5 brochure individual colours aren't the full on pull off the production line individual builds anyway |

domino_z - They gave me a rough indication a week after I placed the order, although it's not a confirmed build as I don't have a VIN or anything yet. I'm led to believe it's an early October build, because they think it'll still be here for Christmas. That being said, if it's that close, I'm going to hold off on registration till January, as it'll help with resale.
Mark3 - I went with DCT - Mineral Grey. There was an individual colour which I really liked - I can't remember the name, but it was a like a light gunmetal with a blue/green through it - looked excellent. But was a 6+ month wait if I wanted individual, so decided against it. |

i5
Hi guys,
My M3 is on the boat now. CP, carbon roof, individual paint and interior, heated rear sets, parking assist, rear window shade etc. I can confirm that all M3's built from the 01st of July have i5. I have a pic of the spread of dates for different models somewhere - will add it when I find it. Cheers Darryn Last edited by RETRO R/C; 09-07-2016 at 08:48 PM.. Reason: Attached image. |

got a vin for my car, it's already gone into production - not bad considering i put my order in only a couple weeks ago - aw on ss, sunroof, cp, all options except ceramics (as much as i love them on my other cars, the washing maintenance mainly, i've read far too many comments of them being noisy on this platform)
eta mid nov the parts are starting to pile up in anticipation |

ahh crap, anyone do a cleanly integrated phone mirroring product?
ie; one that i don't have to rip half the dash apart to get behind the screen, maybe using a hdmi converted > rca cables into usb port |

Re: iPhone 7 (or iOS 10?) Compatibility Problems I read somewhere that iPhone 7 is not compatible with existing iDrive systems so I imagine Apple CarPlay is a good option to tick if you have the choice. |
