Walked into the dealer Friday and placed an order after not being able to locate what I want...
SO/Silverstone M3, comp, CarPlay, shades only Got an email saying scheduled for WK49 production, site doesn't show much... What might I expect for delivery timeline? Mid Jan without any delays? |

I've been tracking my build for a few weeks now. My car went into production on 11/7 and has an estimated completion of 11/18 according to Genius. When do you get the vin # in the whole process?

Ordered over Labor Day weekend. Dealer told me week 48 build and I just noticed my car went into production.

Car finished production today! handed to distribution, and now pending "load assignment" according to the Genius... I guess that means waiting to get on a ship?

anyone else having the same issues with Genuis as I am? Seems like half teh time I call the person tells "tracking system is down" and I get told to call back later.
Today I get an automated message saying "We are having technical difficulties and we are unable to provide the premium level of service you deserve. We invite to to call us back at a later time." Click. not very helpful... Edit - got through.. Still waiting around for a ship at Port it appears. Did tell me it's scheduled to arrive in Galveston.. So by my looking it appears next ship to leave Bremmerhaven to galveston (Integrity) doesn't depart until 12/15. (so 17days after production..) and won't arrive in Galveston until Jan 7th...

Mine finishes production on December 16, so I guess that's Week 50.
M3 ZCP AY / Carbon Structure CCB, Lights, Exec. plus aero bits It'll come into Galveston, and expect to see it in February, I guess. [12/13: Just got my VIN.] [12/20: Finishing production, in Quality Checking.] [12/22: Production complete.] [12/26: In transit to port of exit.] [12/28: At the port, awaiting a shipping vessel.] [01/14: Departed Bremerhaven aboard the Michigan Highway.] [02/07: Made port in Galveston.] [02/08: Released from VPC, awaiting carrier to dealer.]

Guess mine left on a boat yesterday, heading to Galveston with a targeted arrival date 12/29... Then probably a few days to make teh ~5hr drive up to my dealer and yay!
