BMW 335d in the LAB this afternoon for Electrical System Diagnosis. Our Team identified an issue with the passenger side headlight, unfortunately the control module for the Adaptive Lighting is no longer operational. After extensively checking the wiring to the module, the controller was replaced, re-programmed, and re-coded!

The ESS Tuning BMW E92 M3 VT2-625 supercharger system produces 625hp and 410lb-ft of torque at 6.5-7psi of boost. A 211hp gain over stock, which is more than a Mercedes SLS Black Series.

Featuring the newly developed, self contained Vortech V3 supercharger unit in Si trim, the supercharger is capable of producing up to 775hp.



The VT2-625 comes with the largest capacity liquid intercooler system on the market integrated within a specially developed cast aluminum intake manifold assembly ‘ribbed’ with optimized runners and velocity stacks. This ensures the intake charge temps remain in check during prolonged use on the track, autobahn, or street.



The manifold was designed not only for optimum flow, but for minimal weight to not disrupt the iconic handling balance of the M3 The supercharger system includes the ESS E-Flash OBD2 cable and specific ESS MSS60 engine software that is perfectly calibrated for the VT2-625 supercharged engine providing optimum ignition timing under all conditions, recalibrated EGA's for quicker throttle response, recalibrated VANOS control, and perfectly optimized fuel delivery.



The E-Flash allows the end user to upload the supercharger ECU software from any computer. Any future ESS software updates can be received by email and loaded directly to the car. The stock ECU software will be saved and can easily be restored in the future.



Power delivery is 100% smooth and OEM-caliber. The car behaves just like stock until you demand power, then the car completely transform providing brutal acceleration normally reserved for pure race cars.

In all honesty there are some cars that are so good right out of the factory these days that they don’t NEED to be modified. Now, that is obviously just an opinion and we understand if and why you feel otherwise but the RS7 is probably one of those cars.

Not sure where you got that number from!

Our per hour labor rate is on par with most other performance shops, 110/hr!

I think in all my time here I have never seen a suspension install get close to that amount unless it was installing an Air-Ride setup.

Turbocharged vehicles love free flowing exhaust. The most restrictive part of the exhaust on the CLA 45 and GLA 45 cars is the downpipe.

The Weistec Engineering M133 Downpipe for the CLA 45 and GLA 45 is designed to have the best possible flow without any permanent modification to the engine or chassis and even makes use of the factory exhaust hanger. Countless hours were spent designing and testing the downpipe to ensure OEM fit and finish as well as prevent any check engine lights.



Right off the turbo, the downpipe has a 3.5” diameter, perfectly matching the outlet of the turbine housing. The 3.5” pipe routes down under the engine to a flex section. After the flex section the piping tapers to 3” diameter. This section of the pipe uses a V-band connection to mate with midpipe that runs between the engine and the subframe. The midpipe mates to the factory or AMG sport catback exhaust.



While our Dinan Engineering Stage 2 F82 M4 is in hibernation mode waiting for the Snow to melt outside their is another BMW in the shop this morning receiving a heart transplant!



The Saad Racing Turbocharger E467 M3 is receiving a long awaited replacement engine this morning!
