boi222's AW F82 M4 ED/PCD Journey
 Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Timeline: -Deposit made on 12.2015 for 05.18.15 ED date -Dropped off in Paris on 05.29.15 -Picked up from Paris and Trucked to Bremeerhaven 06.05.15 -Arrived in Bremerhaven on 06.09.15 -Arrived in Brunswick on 06.24.15 via Ivory Arrow Voy 88 -Cleared customs on 06.26.15 -Cleared VPC on 07.06.15 -Confirmed PDC date on 07.08.15 -PDC on 07.23.15 Car Review: I am not sure what all the complaints are about the start up sound but I love the start up sound and wished it sounded it like this always. It sounds better than my e92 M3 that I had before this. The only complaint is mid-range speed is pretty quiet. Only the lower RPMS or really high RPMS the sound is nice, the mid register its very quiet. Love the new tech that comes with the car, mainly the heads up display. GPS on the headsup display is amazing, i never have to take my eyes off the road anymore to stare in the middle console for directions. I would definitely recommend anyone on the fence to add it. Overall, I do not miss my e92 M3 at all and love every sec of driving the f82. Dealership Review: I ordered from David Aviles from Steve Thomas. This is my second car I ordered thru him, with the first being a e92 m3 in 2012 when he was in Maryland with Northwest. Overall easy and smooth transaction being a repeat customer, his assistant Jimmy is also amazing. Very helpful and answers pretty quickly with questions. However, I'm not sure if it was being a repeat customer and not really standing my ground, but there was a slight error on David's part in his quotes that was not discovered till I went to sign the papers (a few days before flying to Europe). This error added about $60 extra a month to my monthly payment. I'm not complaining too much about the monthly payment, but it was the expectation that it was supposed to be $60 less that really bugged me. If this was the quote from the beginning I wouldn't have been bothered as much. However, I was not going to cancel my trip and my whole plans because of this so I was forced to suck it up. I understand it was an honest mistake but I would have expected some sort of compensation to make up for it. I would still order from David again. Hes a great guy, I remember visiting him in Cali during vacation and told him my rental car had just gotten broken into and had my bags stolen and when I left he graciously gave me a free BMW luggage bag. So I know this was a honest mistake, but next time I order from him I would definitely double check the numbers before hand and probably stand my ground a bit more if there is a discrepancy. Awesome pics and video. The sunflower field shot is top notch. Perfect lighting.
 Looks like they have made some revisions to the PCD experience. Last I was there was in 2013. Going back in a few weeks hopefully. I did the same - Steve Thomas, European Delivery, and now PCD. Best way to do it.
