Definitely need a head to head with non Competition pack model around a track.
If its not 2 seconds a lap quicker is it worth it over non Comp pack?

Couldn't care less about the lap times personally. If it is more well behaved, more entertaining to drive and genuinely a bit better sounding than the standard model, then yes, I think it's absolutely worth it.

Nice.
Does it handle as well as an M2 yet?

There is a lot to like. It is definitely growing on me. Looks great in White.
Does anyone know with the improved exhaust sound did BMW disable active sound in the ZCP? |

I'm liking the comp pack more and more, even the wheels which I was completely against originally. Now I got to see some reviews of the Alfa giulia qv to see what's next for me. I was so sure I wanted the e90 m3 and that car has lived up to all my expectations, but I'm not so sure about the f80. I know so many people on this forum love it, and I want to love it too. I guess I'm just going to have to drive it soon!!!

So...ultimately he says that the reason to buy the comp pack is so you can do sweeping drifts in the twisties. I guess my question would be, who has been holding out on buying an M3/4 because the regular version doesn't do that enough?
Interesting watching him split hairs to justify the comp pack tho. |

But if you don't like them, and you have the capital to buy the car, there are some great aftermarket options that come in black by some highly regarded brands.
