Ch1215g just sent me some BS parts

Hello all, this is a PSA to not buy anything from this guy. He had an ad up for some 12/15mm BMS spacers

What I received in the mail today is not what was listed in the ad. He sent me some 12.5mm turner spacers (black) and some generic looking 10mm spacers (silver)

I tried contacting him and here are the back and forth responses that transpired

Me:Hey Chris, I'd like a refund on my purchase. What is listed in the for sale ad is not what you shipped me. You sent me two turner 12.5mm spacers and some generic looking 10mm spacers. Just refund my money and i'll gladly ship these back to you, no questions asked.

Him:It's exactly what was on my car. They are.

Me:I hate to tell you this but they are not. I don't want to get into it with you. can I just get my money back and return these to you?

Him:No sorry, they were sold as is, used. If they were new that's a different story. I've been screwed over in the past and I do not do refunds because of it.

If you are not happy with them relist them and get your money back. They should sell fast as they are $250 new.

Me:And what kind of bs is sold as is? you didn't even send me the correct parts that you listed for sale. This is not about quality or fitment, its about getting the correct parts sent.

Him:Because you realize it doesn't matter what I say. I sent you exactly what I described. You are going to keep on PMing me about how it's wrong blah blah blah. I shipped you 12 / 15mm spacers from BMS. One set was black, the other is silver. This is what I sent. Via USPS. Because you "think" they are generic and because I won't take them back...(i'm not a business, I sold you used parts.) There's no refunds, it's as simple as that. If you don't like them resell them. It's not my problem that you do not like them. I will not take them back. Call me a fraud, call me a scammer, post about me, it doesn't matter. Have a good night.

Me:first off, the only true thing in the comment above is that you sent me a set of black and sliver spacers, that's it. One is 12.5 mm turner spacer, one is 10 mm spacer, no, 15mm spacer in sight. How can you even say that you sent me a 15mm spacer. Are you aware BMS spacers are black and say burger motorsports on there? its alright, its clear to me that you are not willing to come to an agreement other than that its my problem now and I need to sell them if I am unhappy with my purchase.


So here it is, I can't tell if he's playing dumb if he's really no that bright.

it really does suck. I've probably had 10 transactions or more on the forum and they have all been good. Someone like this taints all of the forum members that are doing the right thing and there isn't much recourse.

I've done a few transactions and all of them were smooth. Never did I expect to get played on some spacers. This is a forum where 70k+ vehicles are driven not some run down 1k Honda Civics. I did not expect this to happen at this forum, especially for 150 bucks

Google Wallet US Customer Support Number: 855-492-5538

Also, if Wallet was linked to a credit card (AMEX hopefully) you can call them and see if they're willing to reverse the charge. But talk to Wallet first and see what they say.

Thanks for he heads up. I contacted them already and Opened a case. It's through debit unfortunately so not much buyer protection there.

Never use debit for ANY purchases, ever. Avoid it at all costs if you can. Get yourself a nice credit card that earns points (Chase Sapphire anything) and pay that off on a monthly basis. If they rip you off most of the times the CC company will back you up.

What an absolute scumbag. I'm sorry to hear about this but hopefully you can get your money back somehow. As other members have said, always try and use a credit card as they usually will refund your money and have your back.

OP, you should contact the buyer of the Weathertech mats that we "lightly" used. BTW, there is no way those spacers have 2,000 miles. the finish doesn't wear like that in a month or two.
