No offense to people that live in those neighborhoods, but neighborhoods around Roxbury and Dorchester are some places that no ordinary people should be visiting, especially after dark.

That sucks it can happen anywhere my e60 got keyed in brookline/newton and shot at with a BB gun in arlington so it doesnt matter, haters are everywhere. The e60 is bone stock and silver, it looks like an old mans car BTW

I live in the southend/roxbury right near BMC and I never had problems there. I also have an is300 which has never been touched. so that "Roxbury and Dorchester" comment is kind of ignorant a lot of good hardworking professionals live in those area's. A select few ruin it for the rest. Bad things happen all over Mass you just dont hear about them or pay attention. Perception is reality, however not always accurate.

Did you ever heard gun shots around BMC? I know I did and my classmates did too, multiple times and in broad day light..... Do you know how much gang activity goes on in the projects? For god sakes, the projects are in the vicinity of a police station..... You might just not notice how much activity is going on in your 'hood.

Interesting opinions, Lets not stray too far from what the topic is in this thread however my point is that vandalism to your vehicles can happen anywhere doesnt matter where you park/live. Based on personal experiences more has happened to my cars outside of boston. In fact I have parked on the streets of newyork in harlem, manhattan over night with no issues. Things like this can happen anywhere. It isnt more likley to happen in dorchester or roxbury, that is just an ignorant stereotype in my opinion. My cars suffered damage in the most unlikley areas and never where I live. I still will not by any means rule out the fact that this sort of thing can happen right outside of my door.

I'll state it once more: Haters are everywhere.

Not everyone in roxbury and dorchester carry golf clubs looking for 335's to practice their swings.
