Piston Heads: M3 ZCP vs Giulia QV vs C63 S
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Starting to see a pattern with the Guilia in practically every review, and not in a good way.

Nice comparison, but that's too bad about the Alfa. I suppose it's not about what you could do, but only about what you actually did.

Wow. I guess stereotypes have their uses. The more recent stereotype for M3s is that since the E46 the cars are initially not warmly received by the press, but by the end of their cycle they are again the benchmark. Rinse and repeat.
(Now, I will say that I do consider the early 2000s a high point for M, but I'm biased.)

Agreed. One of the best cars I ever owned was a 2002 E39 530i 5-speed manual transmission (which followed my 1999 528i 5-speed, my first BMW). What a well-balanced car. I keep thinking about adding another one but I'm out of garage space and have too many cars anyway.

Supposedly this was a pre production Alfa but even so, never seem a pre production car fail. Just continues the tradition Alfa's aren't reliable. I don't care what this car can do. Don't mean shit if it breaks on use. I really really like the interior but outside its fugly. Think there's also another video that says its not very practical either. So its a fail in reliability, looks and use. Stay away.

Great review for the M3. All these cars are cool. Too bad the Alfa has all these issues. I love the idea of an Italian super saloon
