Picked up my 2018 M4 ZCP

Images are of my new 2018 M4 ZCP, picked it up two days ago, and I performed the Paint Correction procedure over the weekend, if you are interested see here: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1418897

As to the color choice, it was Silverstone or Mineral Gray, since I've had a 335i, X5 35d and 535d xDrive in Mineral Gray, it was time for a change of color. Got all of the options I wanted. Asked the Dealer NOT to wash the car prior to me picking it up, but these guys just can't help themselves and washed the car! Unbelievable!!! But, then again, I got two sets of Floor Mats at N/C, I am sure this was an oversight, so I will return the M Performance Mats immediately

I loved my E92 M3 ZCP, but the altitude (7 700 feet) here sucked the power right out of those glorious sounding naturally aspirated eight cylinders. The M4 is very fast, and goes fast, very quickly. The altitude has no bearing on the power/torque according to Mr. Albert Bierman, a 30 year veteran of the M Division, and recently departed for Hyundai (much to everyone's surprise). I am happy that this was the last car he worked on developing, man is a genius IMHO.

That road needs more crack repair. I think there's more filler than asphalt.

Good catch! That's what snow and ice for 6 months does to our roads in the neighborhoods around here - those images were take at about 8 500 feet. It's strange that only the roadways in the neighborhoods looks like that, the main thoroughfares aren't impacted in this manner. Probably the Neighborhood Developers skimping on installation of good road building materials and construction.

Great look!

Gotta say.....I had the opportunity back in Dec '16 to re-order my SSII F80 with ZCP (long story). I couldn't stand the silver 666's against SSII so went with the black 437's again. Now, these new black version 666's look awesome in this combo.

Personally speaking, I don't like black wheels. However, in this case, you are correct. The black 666 is what I would call a hybrid wheel in terms of color, the face is a dark silver color and the interior of the wheel and spokes is black, the contrast, IMHO, is just right.
