HOW DO YOU?? remove the chrome side-vents

im tryin to figure out how to remove the chrome sidevents to bring them to a body shop..

anyone..

Let the body shop do it?

they have clips, you have to pull hard, start from the drivers side and pull up, it should come out, that's how I took mine out

I removed mine to have them painted gloss black.

I get the basic idea but a DIY with pics would be great if anyone who hasnt done it yet is willing to document the process.

yes I also smoked the tail lights except for the clear parts of it
