My dad just moved to Cary, NC less than a month ago. My boyfriend and I went to visit him, it's really lovely. We're originally from Connecticut but moved down here so I could go to school for cheap. We plan to move up to the Raleigh area a year from now. Maybe I will see you there then.

I'm moving back to NC (Durham) in August. I've forgotten where Fayettville was but I don't think it was too far away. I was in Raleigh-Durham this weekend looking for apts and saw a few 3ers.

Not from your area, BUT some of us will be. We are having a meet in Asheville 12-15 October to run the TOD and more

You'll find us posting several places (had not here yet). A sprinkling of all sorts of bimmers. Anyone is welcome. You can find particulars here:

You're pretty close to me. I live up in North Raleigh, but work over there in Cary of Weston. Believe it or not, I've yet to see a e90 335 on the road around here. I've seen probably 3 or 4 e92's though.

How do you like your's so far? I'm hoping to have mine this Sat... or early next week at the latest.

So far so good...I've only got about 150 miles on it. I have a truck that I drive back and forth to work. Just replaced the CDV this past weekend. I also see you are going to DC dyno day...i wish a spot would open up, I'd like to go too.

I just moved to Wilmington from NY three weeks ago. I'm still waiting to finish building our new house before the E92 arrives, but hopefully i'll be able to show up to some E90 meets soon enough.

BTW, E90's or BMW's in general for that matter were a dime a dozen back in Long Island, but down here they seem kind of rare. Maybe i'll get a pickup truck instead to try and fit in.

Well BMWs must be more popular in Charlotte, NC. You see a lot of them here. Maybe it's because were a little closer to the Spartanburg Plant.

BTW, folks that live near the plant insist that it's in the small town of Greer, S.C. I keep telling them not based on this international message board!

I'm originally from small town NC (called Robbins). It was about halfway between Charlotte and Fayetteville (just on the other side of Southern Pines). I hope you don't think all of N.C. is like Fayetteville. Remember, its a military town first.
