A proper body repair costs £350 (dealership) including a few chips repair on the bonnet.

I had a stone dent in my bonnet on my old Silver 318. Dealer quoted me £700 to repair. I took it to a local(ish) bodyshop (in Ash, Surrey) and they filled it and painted it rather than knocked it through all for £250. So it worth looking at independents who do accident repair.

18 months after the work was done I still could not tell when I traded in the car.

I was concerned about the paint matching but it is all done by computer these days and I could not notice any difference.

try "chips away" or "dentmaster". If the paint has not broken the should be able to do the dent for £50-100 including the chips.

I had a chap from chipsaway look at mine and he said he could not do it because he was concerned over the metallic paint matching. It may have been because it was a big dent and in plain view on the bonnet next to the badge.

itis so comment in Hk for this kind of thing there are about 5 door dents on my car now and had it for over 2 years, I just left it cos I know it will come back again.
wow 350 for just doing some dents that alot of money
