well i don't like the DCT pop that much but that Vid is awesome. Looks really fast

(i know it comes from the exhaust and not from the DCT in first place)

That thing almost sounds straight piped, those pops were much louder than the ones I've heard coming from any of the other turbo BMWs.

Sounds like a weak s54 sans rasp, hopefully a well designed exhaust can inspire some emotion and melody versus just noise. Best sounding straight 6 imo is still the 2JZ.

That car is sounding so much better than the previous videos. I know the sound is probably echoing too, but it seems way louder too.

you guys sure that wasn't the 6mt, time between shifts seemed longer than a dct.

wonder if the pop's had something to do with that third turbo keeping boost?

+1 The lag time between gears suggested an MT to me.

Please please please tune that exhaust note, BMW. It sounds so terrible in these videos.

Also, that rear caliper is mounted REALLY low. I wonder if that was meant to keep the center of gravity as low as possible.
