Got to see Yas Marina Blue F80 M3 at M School this weekend (with short video)

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
I was at the BMWCCA hosted M School in South Carolina this weekend and while I will post a review of the school later (short story: it was awesome!), I got a surprise when I was wandering the grounds during lunch hour when I saw a F80 M3 parked by the school's cars. The guy driving it was very cool and let me snap photos with the caveat that this is a pre-production model and what you see not is not what you might get. It really is a beautiful car and the seats are awesome. I did not get to drive in it or hear the engine (other than at idle), but here are some photos.

The instructors told me they expect M4 at the school around July. The one instructor who got to go to Germany to drive the M4 said he really liked it.

This model features standard M brakes and 6 speed manual transmission. Short video of this car is below.

Nice job snapping pics of that thing, not sure what I think of it... But it's awesome that you ran across it and got to share with us.

Nice. You can definitely tell this is a pre-production test car.

To me it's another picture that proves that YMB and black wheels on the M3 looks awful

2-Day M School. It was awesome. Especially powersliding and doing donuts in a $145,000 M5.

Yeah, I mentioned that to the guy driving the car and he just kind of shrugged. You could tell he was not allowed to comment on the car.

No, it was there for some sort of a film shoot which was planned for today (Monday). I imagine the hot laps are taking place as I type this.

So, when having all those other M cars to compare with the same day at in the same natural light conditions how does the F80 compare in looks? Is it striking, large, small, best looking of the bunch, exciting, aggressive or any other comments in relation to the others?
