The black goes a long way to hide all the ugly. I like it!

I've only seen the regular 4 series M-Sport and for that car I much prefer it in black. Since I'm currently leaning M4 instead of M3 I'm also starting to prefer black instead of white. I just wish we will soon get pictures with silver wheels and black grill ( if that's even going to be an option ).

I think you'll really be sold when you see the difference with them on at night

I was at the show yesterday - first time seeing the cars in the flesh. I was a little worried about the proportions of the M4, but in person it's not a problem at all. Perhaps it's because the M4 was black, I don't know. I was really hoping to see the AY M4 as that'll likely be my choice. Prior to my trip I was actually leaning toward switching to the 4 door but in person it didn't do much for me like the M4 did. I thought the M3 looked way too much like a regular 3. Feel free to call me crazy.

For anyone looking to go to the show, the M3 and M4 are locked up tight. This was super frustrating because the new Ms were my only reason for driving 3 hours to the show. I talked to one of the knuckleheads representing BMW and asked if I could sit in it as I was a serious buyer. No dice. 'The cars all get trashed at this show.' So then I asked him why the twice-as-expensive M6 GC was wide open. 'Yeah all the cars get trashed.' I walked away.
