Money factor?

Thanks for the info. Guess allocations will be out any time now

Thoughts on these rates from the leasing experts here?

AWESOME!!!!
Much better than expected! I was figuring 55% for 10/36

Same for M3 and M4. Would have thought the M3 would have a lower residual?

MF the same .00130?
Thanks Ali

I'm surprised these rates are out so soon. You can only lock for 60/90 days depending on coast.
Are we expecting customer cars to show up earlier than June?

Kenny, are you able to get the buy rate and no bump on the acq fee? Are you paying for the acq fee upfront (not rolling it in)? Can you pay for the taxes (which would be how much?) upfront or do they have to be rolled in?

And now you have a trade...you're killing me

Seriously, I would not even consider leasing if you were planning on putting anywhere near that kind of money into it. You're better off using that 35k equity on a finance.

I was speaking about the trade for tax purposes, not putting any money down

The advantage to me is to be able to possibly swing into a zcp lci car after the term of the lease should I choose to.

How much would the full tax in Texas be on a $66k M?

$66000 x.57=$37620 (residual)
$66000-$37620=$28380/36=$788.33 (base)
$66000+$37620=103620 x .00081 (.00130-.00049=.00081 MF)
$788.33 + $83.93= $872.26

Don't hold me to this b/c I'm not familiar with those states which make you pay full tax

Thanks man, that's not bad!

I think it's interesting, since 37630 seems like a very low price for a 3 year old m3 with less than 36k miles on it. So if I want to change I could buy it out and resell it.

Thanks again! Something to think about for sure

No problem
But you guys in states that require you to pay the entire tax on a lease is ridiculous! So would you be "double taxed" on the residual if you decided to buy the car after the lease?

So on $76905 total price (figuring 1k for loyalty) my payments on 12/36 look like $1116.31 with no MSD and $1038.31 with full MSD. Tax up front on both.

I would love to drop 5k down and get my payments down to around $900. But apparently that's like the biggest lease sin ever lol.

I'm not sure you or anyone will get any loyalty or any other cash incentive. As far as I know, there are none.

That's not true at all. In NJ, we pay tax on the MSRP - Residual, which is a lot less than paying tax on the full price. This is one of the reasons why I lease my cars.
