From what I have been told, the covers for 2,3,and 4 series are all the same.

I wondered why the OEM M Performance pedals do require drilling, at least for the brake pedal. The stock rubber pad stays on without it. I think these will work if they have a little more rubber backing to hold them on.

I just installed aftermarket pedals. The gas pedal is easy. The brake took a little more time to install. Removing it was simple.
Here are some pics.

Slip on pedals

The oem are only half covers so drilling is necessary. I also think it might be a safety issue, as it would be hard for the drilled pieces to come off, but if these are installed incorrectly and cause an accident....

Does anyone know anywhere else selling the footrest other than the BMW M Performance one for the M235i? I've already ordered an accelerator and brake set like the one above from China. Need to find one that matches.

Just curious is the benefit here just the cost savings? The install on the M Performance ones wasn't bad at all.
