another octane booster question
I found a thread using the search, but the poor guys question was not answered, so here it is:
Is it safe or recommended to use octane booster substances in the 335i?

From http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Miscella...lAdditives.htm - who knows how accurate it is, but other Google searches gave similar results. The net - octane boosters help for 87 octane gas, but don't "boost" 91 or 93 octane gas by very much at all.

Thanks for the response, in my area, 91 is the max, but I've seen 93 and 94 on the east coast, always wondered why the west coast doesn't have the same ratings or levels. I googled, but was overwhelmed by the responses!
