Hi everyone,

The time has come to part ways with my 2019 M4. I am the original owner, having purchased the car brand new. I absolutely love this car, but I simply do not drive it enough. It mostly just sits in the garage, and I would love to pass it on to someone who will actually get out and enjoy it.

It has been meticulously cared for, always garage-kept, and has never been tuned, tracked, or raced. If you are looking for an honest, unmolested F82 with a proper three-pedal setup and documented history, this is the one.

Mileage: 22,350 original miles

Transmission: 6-Speed Manual

History: Clean Carfax. Zero accidents, zero bodywork, and 100% original factory paint all around.

Maintenance: Exclusively dealer-serviced since day one.

Included: Comes complete with all original books, 2 keys, all service records, and a clean Carfax report.

Tires: Sitting on brand-new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires at all four corners.

The drivetrain is completely bone stock. I kept it as close to OEM as possible, with only a few minor aesthetic additions:

Window tints

10mm wheel spacers

Black rear spoiler

Condition:
The interior is absolutely pristine, very clean and in perfect condition. On the exterior, the car is mint all around with absolutely no dents or scratches on the main body. In the spirit of full transparency, there are some minor cosmetic flaws on the front bumper: a slight crease on the drivers side, and a few scratches that have been carefully touched up. Otherwise, the car shows exactly like a pampered 22k-mile car should.

Please send me a PM if you are interested, have any questions, or would like to see specific photos or a walk-around video.

Thanks for looking!

Finally getting around to installing the coilovers that have been sitting in my garage for almost a year

For the rear control arms, i recall on the f32 i would torque the camber arm to knuckle bolt while at ride height to avoid bind in the bushing. On the f32, the camber adjustment bolt is closer to the diff, while on the f82, it’s the bolt at the wheel carrier knuckle.

Now for the f82, i’m wondering, should i be retorquing the outer camber adjustment bolt at ride height (on the f32, we didn’t retorque the camber adjustment)? And if so, should I also be retorquing the camber arm to subframe bolt closer to the diff? That’s something I’m realizing now - even if I’m not removing that bolt, doesn’t it still experience twist at the lower ride height? Just looking at it, seems both bolts go through rubber bushings

Or am i just being pedantic about all this. Most guides gloss over this step anyway. Sorry if it’s a stupid question but I’d like to do things right.

Hello friends,
New user here.

I have a F80 M3 2018 (39k km), I'm using xhp stage 3 and I have like a month ago remap my engine to a 500whp (700nm torque) stage 2, I had a stage 1 400whp before that.

I had no problems while using my car with the stage 1. I initially used without xhp and later remapped my DCT without issues.

Since I finished the engine stage 2 remap I have experience problems with my DCT (and I don't know if it's related to the remap or not).

More recently, I was able to reproduce (two times) the problem consistently:
while driving in sport mode (DSC enabled), driving in "spirit mode" for a few quilometers, the car throws all possible errors in the iDrive related to the transmission and I lose all gears. Besides, in the dash, it stops showing any information about the transmission. Car goes to neutral, engine continues working (in "protection mode") but no DCT anymore.
If I turn the car off (open and close the door), wait a few minutes and turn back on, everything starts working normally again.

In the second time I was able to get the ECU and TCU errors (below).
My question to you is: have you experienced this already? Any suggestions on what to do?

I have searched for these errors on the internet without any luck. Right now, I'm checking the main ground cable and the main wire connection to the DCT. Both look perfect.
Once I reassemble everything I will check for the alternator (I keep getting information on my searches that DCT is very sensitive to power variations) and do another test loging information with Autel.

I'm gearing up to install a different exhaust system that will require reinstallation of the stock midpipe section. It's been a couple of years since I installed my single midpipe but my recollection is (and from studying the parts diagrams) that there is a one-piece flat gasket that spans both of the downpipe flanges, and each downpipe outlet has a 'donut' style gasket as well. I would plan to replace the donut gaskets for good measure, but is it also necessary to replace the flat dual flange gasket?
