I was wondering how i would hold up against a stock M5 E60

I have a 07 335i JB3 on map 7, with DCI, AR 3" DP. Would it even be a close race straight line vs the M5 or am i going to get smoked?

a friend of mine just got a M5 and he wants to race and i was just looking for some insite.
