Not without a ton of money down and a stripper car. BMWFS offers terrible leases on first year M cars. It isn't until year 3 or so that the leases start to get better. My lease payment on my 2013 is $200 less than my similarly equipped 2011 M3 I sold. Same money out of pocket.
