Why wouldn't this be possible? We've seen the rack inserts on F8x cars equipped with the CF roofs, haven't we? At any rate, they were available on the E92 w/ CF roofs, and given that BMW is a creature of habit, I seriously doubt that thy wouldn't retain the same functionality with this generation.
I wouldn't hold back from ordering a CF roof if that's the only question you have remaining.
