I was in the slow lane on 85 NB and traffic came to a halt. As I was braking, I saw the car (Dodge Voyager) in my rear view
 approaching rather quickly and I creeped forward to avoid a collision but I guess I didn't move forward enough. |
Go to the doctor or hospital to get your neck checked out ASAP. Having that paper trail will make it much easier if it doesn't heal right away and you want to seek compensation down the road.
