we still don't have any experience with BMW 3 and 4 Series (F30/F80 F32/F82) but in addition to the FlexRay, there are still three different CAN lines (K-CAN, PT-CAN and PT2-CAN).
In my opinion the existing BMW - F_21 driver should also be compatible with these models, in particular with the PT CAN.
The Powertrain CAN wires are still Blue/Red CAN-H and Red CAN-L, in alternative they can be CAN-H Black, CAN-L Yellow.
This bus is accessible on the Gateway (ZGS-FEM), on the ECU (DME), on the instrument cluster (KOMBI) and several other units.

As discussed above, the PT-CAN is what you are looking for and it should be:

CAN High: Blue/Red
CAN Low: Red

I think there is a cable that hooks up to solo dl and has exposed wires for can connection that we can order. I'm waiting to hear back from the rep.
You can take CAN off the FEM_BODY module using the Awron instructions here: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1017936. This is located behind the passenger side kickpanel.

CAN lines are PINS 47/48 on connector 8.

Power/Ground are PIN 20/24 of connector 3:

Simply tap into these lines and use F21 profile for setup. Hope this helps.
